Go Hogs Go!!!!

Tonight Arkansas will play Ohio State in the Sugar Bowl! Here at the Tidwell house, we are hoping for an Arkansas win! Jake and I absolutely love the Razorbacks! I have also been playing with the idea of attending graduate school there. However, my grandfather has a different opinion (he is a Tennessee fan) but is excited that I plan on continuing my education. The picture of Jake and I was taken before the Arkansas vs. Georgia game in 2009, sadly the Hogs lost. Hopefully tonight we will be celebrating the first BCS bowl game win! GO HOGS GO!

Happy New Year!

Today is the start of a new year; one that may bring many new opportunities, memorable moments, and lifelong experiences! Last year (2010), I graduated college, made some great friends, had wonderful times with family and friends, and made it through my husband’s first military deployment. I also became an aunt last year! Each year I look forward to what is to come throughout the year, and each and every year it gets better! I just hope this year’s experiences will be even more enriched and minus the military deployment! I decided to create a blog in order to keep up with family members who live a great distance away, and to keep a “journal” of what is taking place. Now I hope I can just keep it updated!

And lets just hope this guy is not going anywhere in the near future!
